Mercedes reviewing ‘communication’ after Hamilton-Russell clash confusion

Mercedes are reviewing their communication procedures to avoid a repeat of George Russell and Lewis Hamilton’s clash in qualifying for the F1 Spanish Grand Prix.  Russell and Hamilton collided at close to 200mph on the flat-out pit straight at the end of Q2 in Barcelona as both attempted to start a lap.  Should Charles Leclerc leave Ferrari?
