Russell excited about changes: 'It was clear'
The FIA decided this month not only to let Michael Masi leave as race director, but also to set up a different structure. In doing so, the leadership will receive the help of a VAR system, among other things, which is causing much enthusiasm with George Russell. The British driver was still under contract to Williams last season, where he mostly fought for the points. Especially with the top teams there was a big discussion about the qualities of Masi and the functioning of the race control.
