F3 has to change programme because of weather forecast

It's not raining in Sochi yet, but the rain has already left its mark on the Formula 3 race weekend. The program has been changed due to the expected rain. For the time being nothing is changed in Formula 1. Friday's programme revised A lot of rain is expected tomorrow in Sochi, which makes F1 anxious for a wet qualifying session.
