Vettel and Ocon among drivers handed post-race reprimands
Hungarian Grand Prix – Reprimands have been handed out to five drivers, including the top 2 finishers, for breaching the pre and post-race procedures. Just after the chequered flag was waved the stewards put out summons for four drivers – Sebastian Vettel, Lance Stroll, Valtteri Bottas and Carlos Sainz – for “alleged not following Race Director’s instruction (document 37) Pre-Race Procedure.” While race winner, Esteban Ocon, was issued a summons some time later for “Alleged not following Race Director’s instruction (document 38) Post-Race Procedure.” Sainz was informed of his summons after his interview on F1’s official Post-Race Show, the offence was...
