Wolff responds to Red Bull's criticism over celebrations at Silverstone

The collision between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton at the British Grand Prix remains the talk of the town in Formula 1 ahead of the Hungarian Grand Prix. Following the incident, Verstappen tweeted his disappointment over Hamilton's celebrations at Silverstone whilst his rival was in hospital. Toto Wolff responds to this.  Hamilton drove around the circuit whilst holding the Union Flag and waving to the crowd.
