Saudi Arabian Grand Prix launches art competition for local artists
Formula One has announced an interesting project, the 'Race Through Art’ Competition that has been launched by The Ministry of Sport, Ministry of Culture and the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation. Aimed exclusively at Saudi nationals, artists could have their inspiring artwork displayed on the newest street circuit in F1 – the Jeddah Corniche Circuit – when the pinnacle of motorsport arrives in Jeddah on the weekend of 3-5 December this year. With less than six months to go until the greatest drivers in the world fight for victory at the first ever Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, the announcement further increases the anticipation levels in the region.
