Will Kevin Magnussen pick up a grid penalty?

Formula 1 journalist Chris Medland reports that Sergio Perez is visiting the stewards following the unsafe release incident with Kevin Magnussen.  The incident caused problems in the pitlane, and because it was in qualifying, it could result in a grid penalty. What would this mean for those around Magnussen? Haas had a brilliant session, finishing 5th and 6th. Romain Grosjean picked up the best of the rest award.
