Ocon set for busy 2019
Esteban Ocon may have been left without a seat for 2019 but he’s still on the books of Mercedes and he’s revealed his plans for the upcoming season. Ocon will be Mercedes’ reserve driver in 2019, whilst Lance Stroll takes his seat at Force India despite having huge amounts of talent. There have been talks that Ocon could be set to replace Valtteri Bottas at the team if the Finn has another poor year. However, the Frenchman has revealed he will attend every race in an attempt to learn from the team's main drivers.
