Change of mentality required says Ferrari boss Arrivabene

Ferrari boss Maurizio Arrivabene says his team need to change mentality over the winter break. As we move into 2019, he asks his team members to "swap mentality from a fighter to a winner" in order to beat Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes. At times, Ferrari dominated last season in the pace and performance departments. But crucial mistakes from all parties ended their chances. With a lot of work focused on the car side of things, Arrivabene suggests the team need to change mentally as well. “[We need] the habit to win. A kind of reinforcement but, as I said, but we need to swap our mind and to work a bit more on the habit to win," Arrivabene said in an interview on Crash....
