Renault confirms date for 2019 season launch
Renault F1 has confirmed the launch date of its 2019 Formula 1 car, likely to be titled the R.S.19. The French manufacturer team will unveil its car at its Enstone base on February 12 – a week before the first of two pre-season F1 tests which will be held at Spain's Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The team has steadily risen up the order following its takeover of Lotus in 2015, finishing a best fourth in the Constructors' standings this season as it looks to join the leading trio of Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull.
