Ferrari 2019 launch date set for February 15
Ferrari have become the first team to announce their launch date for the 2019 season. Speaking at a Ferrari event, team boss Maurizio Arrivabene confirmed that the launch date for the new 2019 Ferrari F1 car will be February 15th. This is three days before the pre-season test days get underway in Barcelona. The official chassis designation is traditionally not revealed until close to the car reveal, with the car being given the internal code of ‘Project 670'. While most teams co-ordinate amongst themselves to ensure there are no clashes of launch times, Ferrari have typically struck out on their own.
