Alonso the next driver to unveil 2018 helmet design
Fernando Alonso has become the latest Formula 1 driver to show off his 2018 helmet design in preparation for the McLaren team launch this week. The two-time F1 world champion has spent the past week teasing snippets of his new helmet design on social media and following the likes of the Haas, Red Bull, Alfa Romeo Sauber and Renault drivers the Spanish driver has officially revealed his new colour scheme. Alonso is expected to use the new predominately blue design for both his F1 and World Endurance Championship campaigns having secured a deal to race for McLaren and Toyota in the respective series.
