Raikkonen: Pity to have FP2 cut short

Kimi Raikkonen feels he had more pace to find from his Ferrari in the second free practice session before it was cut short by the red flag stoppage for Romain Grosjean’s crash on a broke drain cover. The Finnish driver has described his Friday at the Sepang International Circuit as ‘smooth’ despite losing a set of fresh super-soft tyres after locking up during a qualifying simulation but was still able to end FP2 second fastest behind Sebastian Vettel by 0.604s.
