Bell: Enstone 'starved of resources'

– Bob Bell says he is excited to play a role in the latest Renault works Formula 1 team, as he returns to an Enstone factory that he feels has been "starved of resources" in recent seasons.Renault, after lengthy discussions, opted to buy back the Lotus outfit it previously owned between 2002 and 2010, and will return to the grid as a full-scale manufacturer entry from 2016.Bob Bell, who most recently spent time at Manor as a technical consultant, returns to Renault as its new Chief Technical Officer, overseeing Nick Chester (chassis) and Rémi Taffin (engine).Renault will operate from Enstone, the UK, and its engine department in Viry-Châtillon, France."There is...
