Sebastian Vettel rues P16 grid slot: 'We misjudged the situation'

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix – Scuderia Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel will start the final race of the season from P16 after a strategy blunder from the team saw him eliminated in Q1. With many of the teams and drivers opting for the Supersoft Pirellis right from the off in Q1, it was always going to be tricky to make it into Q2 on the Soft tyres. Vettel was one of those who tried to make it through on the Softs, only to fall short and be knocked out in Q1.
