Palmer gets 10th practice outing at Sochi
– Lotus reserve driver Jolyon Palmer is poised to make his 10th free practice appearance of the season with the team at this weekend's Russian Grand Prix.Palmer most recently drove the E23 Hybrid at the previous Suzuka round, but was only able to complete an installation lap due to the poor weather conditions.As per usual, the 2014 GP2 champion will take over Romain Grosjean's car for the opening 90-minute session at Sochi Autodrom, before handing it back in the afternoon.Palmer remains hopeful of stepping up to a race seat for 2016, with Lotus – set to be bought out by Renault – yet to name who will partner Pastor Maldonado.
