Hulkenberg to remain with Force India until 2017

Nico Hulkenberg will remain a Force India driver until 2017 after agreeing an extension to his current deal with the Silverstone based outfit. The German has been linked with several seats, including that of Ferrari and newcomer Haas, but with Kimi Raikkonen staying on in 2016, Hulkenberg has opted to keep the status quo. Force India described his retention as giving the team "valuable stability in the years ahead", whilst the 28-year-old himself added that he is "very pleased to finalise" his plans for the future.
