Red Bull/Getty Images Following its annual summer break, Formula 1 returns to action this weekend at the legendary Spa Francorchamps circuit for the Belgian Grand Prix, one of the highlights on the calendar. With iconic names such as La Source, Eau Rouge and Pouhon, Spa Francorchamps is synonymous with the good and the great of motor-racing. The circuit Spa Francorchamps can trace its roots back to the early 1920s and Grand Prix racing took off around the 14 kilometre circuit, which negotiated its way from the village of Francorchamps, via Burnenville, the feared Masta kink and Stavelot, before winding back towards the La Source hairpin.
