Bianchi's father 'less optimistic' about son's recovery

Jules Bianchi's father, Philippe, has admitted he is now "less optimistic" that his son will make any sort of recovery, nine months after his Japanese Grand Prix crash. The Frenchman has been in a coma since the accident took place and whilst there have been some signs of recovery, such as his ability to breath without the aid of a machine, there has been very little change recently. Philippe Bianchi has described the wait as "daily torture" and says the lack of updates makes him "less optimistic", because recovering from such an injury normally requires significant improvement within the first six months, which hasn't happened in this case.
