Official: Schumacher leaves hospital
– Michael Schumacher has left hospital and will now continue his rehabilitation at home, his manager has announced.The seven-time Formula 1 World Champion suffered severe head injuries in a skiing accident while on a family holiday at the Meribel resort, situated in the French Alps, on December 29.He was initially cared for at Grenoble's University Hospital before being transferred in June to a rehabilitation clinic in Switzerland."Michael's rehabilitation will continue from now on from home," read the statement issued by Sabine Kehm, his manager."Considering the severe injuries he suffered, progress has been made in the past weeks and months."There is still,...
