Bottas targets Ferrari and Red Bull

Williams Martini Racing Valtteri Bottas is sure that Williams can fight rivals Ferrari and Red Bull despite admitting that he didn't qualify as high as possible for the Belgian Grand Prix. Bottas topped the final practice session in dry conditions earlier on Saturday but could manage only sixth during wet weather in qualifying. "The final practice where I finished P1 showed that we have a very strong car in the dry, but wet conditions allow other cars to move closer to us and unfortunately we didn’t qualify as high today as we can," he said.
