Cautious Renault pleased with progress in China

– Renault's head of track operations Rémi Taffin says that the French engine supplier still has progress to make but is encouraged by their performance at the Chinese Grand Prix. Red Bull duo Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel finished in fourth and fifth, while Lotus's Romain Grosjean challenged for the points prior to his retirement, which was caused by a gearbox problem. Toro Rosso's Daniil Kvyat ensured that three Renault powered cars collected points in China while both Caterham drivers made it to the finish.
