Small and encouraging signs for Schumacher
Michael Schumacher has been showing “small, encouraging signs” at times during his waking-up process, according to the latest statement from his manager.An update from Sabine Kehm has asked for further patience and respect for Schumacher's family while doctors try and wake him from an artificially induced coma. Schumacher has been in the coma since his skiing accident on 29 December after he suffered a traumatic brain injury, but the process to bring him out of it has been ongoing for six weeks.“We are and remain confident that Michael will pull through and will wake up,” Kehm said in a statement on Wednesday. “There sometimes are small, encouraging signs, but we also know that...
