Verstappen responds to heated qualifying team radio

Article To news overview © Red Bull Content Pool Max Verstappen has reacted to the heated radio conversation with Red Bull race engineer Gianpiero Lambiase during Belgian Grand Prix qualifying. The runaway F1 championship leader narrowly edged through to the final part of qualifying when finishing 10th in Q2 as drivers battled with a drying track, switching from Intermediates to Softs. Fuming over team radio in the intermission between Q2 and Q3, Verstappen said: "I should have just f***ing pushed two laps in a row like I said. Lambiase replied: "But you are through."
