Russell offers concerning progress report on Mercedes' struggles

Mercedes have started the 2022 F1 season unable to challenge early pace-setters Ferrari and Red Bull for race wins. It comes after eight years of dominance that saw the team put together the longest-ever run of consecutive Constructors' Championship wins.
