Norris also backs Masi: "It's human to make mistakes"

McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo have both expressed their support for race director Michael Masi. Like Ricciardo, Norris believes he should not be judged for his decisions during the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Both McLaren drivers had a supporting role in the late restart after the safety car in Abu Dhabi. Norris was among the cars given permission to pass the safety car, while Ricciardo had to stay behind.
