Ferrari starts testing in preparation for the new season

The Ferrari team will test this week for the first time in 2022 with three different drivers at the Fiorano circuit. The test is part of the preparation for the new season. Robert Schwartzman will kick off the four-day test as the team's new test driver, followed by Charles Leclerc on Wednesday and Carlos Sainz on Thursday, Ferrari reports on the website. Fiorano is the team's private circuit for test days and development purposes. The test has become a tradition within the Italian team to give the drivers, engineers and mechanics a chance to get back up to speed before the start of the season.
