Montoya partners up with McLaren once again

Article To news overview Two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Juan Pablo Montoya will attempt to qualify for his seventh entry into the event this May, partnering with McLaren once again. Having raced with McLaren in F1 in 2005 and 2006, Montoya's time with the team came to an abrupt end when he walked out of the sport after the United States Grand Prix at Indianapolis. However, the relationship between Montoya and McLaren was rekindled for 2021 when the Colombian driver raced for the outfit in the Indy 500. For 2022, Montoya will once again don McLaren overalls as he will drive the No.6 Arrow McLaren SP Chevrolet alongside the full-time drivers Felix Rosenqvist and Patricio O'Ward. In 2021,...
