Albon happy with Red Bull: 'I'm very grateful to the team'

Alexander Albon will be back in Formula 1 next season. The Thai will join Williams in 2022 where he will succeed George Russell who left for Mercedes. Albon is looking forward to the new challenge. The driver had been active for Red Bull Racing in 2019 and 2020, where he was teammate of Max Verstappen. Albon ultimately failed to convince, so the Austrian racing stable decided to replace him. Last season, Albon therefore worked behind the scenes for Red Bull, hoping that he would get a new chance in the following year. That's what Williams is giving him.
