Verstappen disagrees with penalty: "I believe it was a racing incident"

Max Verstappen has been designated by the stewards as the guilty party in the incident that took place between him and Lewis Hamilton in Monza. The Dutchman says he does not fully agree with the penalty handed out, but says he wants to put the whole thing behind him.
