Mercedes: We didn't let the win slip through our fingers

Hamilton pushed Verstappen hard throughout Sunday's race at Zandvoort, attempting to undercut his main rival on two occasions. Both times, Hamilton failed to move ahead, whilst Verstappen withstood the pressure to win his home event.
