Gasly 'wonders why' he wasn't given Red Bull drive
Article To news overview © Red Bull Content Pool / Getty Images Pierre Gasly has admitted to being somewhat disappointed that he didn't get offered the second Red Bull seat for 2022, with the team opting to continue with Sergio Perez next season. Gasly has impressed at Red Bull sister team AlphaTauri over the past two seasons and, despite being a more consistent performer than Perez in the Red Bull, he didn't get offered the chance to return to being Max Verstappen's teammate. Instead, the French driver will stay on at AlphaTauri for 2022.
