Wolff: W12 ‘feels in better place' after upgrades

Mercedes boss Toto Wolff feels that a positive step was made with the upgrades brought for the W12 at Silverstone. At a time when Red Bull were starting to assert dominance in both Championships, Mercedes gave their challenger a much-needed update, and it has done the trick. Despite collisions with Red Bull rival Max Verstappen at both Silverstone and the Hungaroring, Mercedes were able to return to the top of the Constructors' standings, while a victory at Silverstone and P2 in Hungary helped Lewis Hamilton back to P1 in the Drivers' Championship.
