Wolff explains partying Hamilton: "The incident was not bothering him"

While Lewis Hamilton was being very happy with his eight (!!) victory at his home circuit of Silverstone, all hell broke loose in the talk shows and especially on social media. It even led to racist remarks at the address of the current world champion. The way Hamilton forced his rival Max Verstappen off the track in Copse certainly got him a lot of criticism. Not a dirty driver Toto Wolff, however, states at Autosport.com that his star driver is not a "dirty driver" at all. Indeed, according to the Mercedes team boss, just the opposite is the case.
