Norris showing strength even when things go wrong - Seidl

Lando Norris’ form is due to a combination of his own maturity and improvement in recent years as well as gains made by McLaren overall, according to team principal Andreas Seidl. Fifth place in the French Grand Prix last Sunday maintained Norris’ run of having scored in every race so far this season, with the 21-year-old the only driver to have done so. Only in Spain — where he finished eighth — has Norris failed to finish in the top five, and Seidl says he’s particularly impressed with how he responds to moments that don’t go smoothly during a race weekend.
