Jeddah reveal first images of Formula 1 venue
For the first time renderings of the impressive pit and team buildings have been revealed for the Jeddah Street Circuit. Formula 1 is set to race in Saudi Arabia for the first time in 2021. There are talks of a move to a new purpose-built track in the future, but for now the streets of Jeddah will be Formula 1's Saudi home. Design of the venue was handed over to renowned Tilke architect, Ulrich Merres, with the goal of creating the fastest street circuit in Formula 1 history. We already know the track will feature 27 turns, with a virtual lap already available online, and now new images have shown the state-of-the-art facilities which will house the teams.
