Hill ‘not convinced' Hamilton has ever liked Monaco
He may have won it three times, but Damon Hill believes that Lewis Hamilton has never enjoyed the Monaco Grand Prix. The 2021 edition of the race was a poor one for the Mercedes man as he only qualified in P7 and finished the race in the same position. Afterwards, he made no attempt to hide how he felt about it from an enjoyment perspective. “I’m glad the race is over as it was the longest race, it was so long,” he said. “I’ve said it time and time again: [it] doesn’t [matter] what position you’re in, this track is not fun to race on, can’t overtake.
