Ferrari evolves Formula 1 management structure

Ahead of the 2021 Formula 1 season Ferrari have announced an evolution to their engineering and management structure under team principal Mattia Binotto. The Italian team need a big season after a miserable 2020, with Charles Leclerc and newcomer Carlos Sainz capable of taking the fight to their rivals provided they are given the tool to take on the might of Mercedes and Red Bull. The gap in the midfield shrinks with every season and, last year, Ferrari were playing at the wrong end of the grid on far to many occasions.
