The Sunday digest: Further calendar woes and Cyril's departure
I imagine that I'm not the only person who is tired of talking and writing about the COVID-19 pandemic, but unfortunately, it continues to take hold. The human devastation it has caused is difficult to even comprehend and it has changed the way that we live our lives for the worse. Thankfully, Formula 1 was able to provide a welcome distraction in the back half of last year, but I cannot escape the feeling that F1 and the FIA were overly ambitious in publishing a 23-race calendar for the 2021 season.
