Racing Point officially disappeared from the books

The name Racing Point will no longer be seen on the Formula 1 grid next year as the team will continue as Aston Martin. Officially Racing Point still existed as a company, but even there Racing Point has officially disappeared from the books. AMR GP Limited As of today, Wednesday 6 January, the transformation from Racing Point to Aston Martin is complete. Racing Point UK Limited will from now on go through life as AMR GP Limited, according to a document from the Companies House, the UK business register. AMR stands for Aston Martin Racing.
