Stroll: I tested positive for Covid-19 but now I am better
Lance Stroll had Covid-19 and thus missed the Eifel Grand Prix at Nurburgring last time out, replaced by Nico Hulkenberg at short-notice, but is set to return for the Portuguese Grand Prix weekend, healthy and ready. Stroll confirmed on Social Media: 'I just want to let everyone know that I recently tested positive for Covid-19 after the Eifel GP weekend. I am feeling 100% and have since tested negative.” The Racing Point driver went on to explain the timeline of him contracting the virus, “To fill you in on what happened, I arrived at the Nurburgring after testing negative in the normal pre-race tests. “On Saturday morning I started to feel unwell and woke up with an upset stomach....
