FIA Investigating Why Giovinazzi’s Wheel Detached Itself During Spa Crash

Antonio Giovinazzi's crash during Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix is being investigated by the FIA after the left-rear wheel detached itself from the car in the incident and into the path of George Russell.
