Gasly labels Silverstone drive as one of his best in F1

AlphaTauri's Pierre Gasly described Formula 1's British Grand Prix as ‘one of his best' in Formula 1, as he rose through the field to seventh. The Frenchman continued his strong start to the 2020 campaign after chasing down his rivals over the course of the 52-lap race. Gasly started from 11th place on the grid after missing out on a spot in Q3 – despite setting an identical time to that of top 10-starter Lance Stroll. Gasly slipped to 12th during the second Safety Car period, prompted by the huge accident for team-mate Daniil Kvyat, but worked his way back into the points.
