Nurburgring, Portimao and Imola added to 2020 F1 calendar
Formula 1 has announced it will return to the Nurburgring and Imola, as well as make a first-ever visit to Portimao, after it released its latest updates to the 2020 F1 schedule. Have you seen F1TV - Click here to get 25% off
The trio of events take the place of Brazil, Mexico, the USA and Canada as F1 formally confirmed the fluid situation of COVID-19 means they cannot travel to North and South America for safety reasons. As such, the opening 13 events of the year will all be held on European soil. The events will take place on October 9-11 (Nurburgring), October 23-25 (Portimao) and Imola (31 October – 1 November). It means the latter will be conducted over a condensed two-day schedule...
