General Manager Barcelona: 'Probably all year races without an audience'

This year many Grands Prix have been postponed or cancelled. Like the Spanish Grand Prix, which was originally on the calendar this weekend. Although the situation around the coronavirus in Spain is relatively bad, the circuit in Barcelona has good hopes for a Grand Prix in 2020. The general manager of Circuit de Catalunya, Joan Fontserè, hopes that a race without an audience can be organized in Spain. "If you look at this year, I think we can be positive about the chance that a Grand Prix without an audience can be organized here in the summer," Fontserè informs Motorsportweek.com.
