Silverstone to give away thousands of '21 tickets to keyworkers

Silverstone has revealed that it intends to distribute thousands of tickets to NHS and keyworkers for its 2021 Formula 1 grand prix. On Monday it was confirmed that the British Grand Prix will be held behind closed doors in 2020, if Silverstone receives the required government approval to run the event. It is currently scheduled for July 19. Fans who had already purchased tickets have been given the option of a full refund or a transfer to the 2021 event, and will be contacted within the next two weeks.
