Brown clear: 'The sport can continue without Ferrari'

Zak Brown is not at all happy with the way conversations are currently going about lowering the budget cap. All teams are in conclave with each other now that the corona crisis is putting a lot of teams in financial difficulties. Ferrari in particular, however, is sputtering against it. Mattia Binotto is one of the few who does not want to be directly involved in further lowering the maximum amount the teams can spend per year in Formula 1.
