Robert Wickens joins IndyCar's Esports action!
Robert Wickens will make his sim racing debut on Saturday, joining the grid for the second round of IndyCar's iRacing Challenge that will take place at Barber Motorsport Park. Wickens, whose career was brutally interrupted after a massive crash at Pocono in 2018 left him partially paraplegic, will take part in the sim event thanks to a specially adapated simulator featuring throttle and brake hand controls. The Canadian will race under the banner of Arrow McLaren SP alongside regular drivers Patricio O'Ward and Oliver Askew. I’m getting back into a race car...virtually!
