Perez wants podiums, P4 in the championship for Racing Point

Sergio Perez has set his sights on returning to the podium and lifting Racing Point to fourth place in the constructors’ championship in 2020 – something he believes can be aided by the stability in the rules. Racing Point finished fourth in the constructors’ championship in both 2016 and 2017 under its previous guise, Force India, with Perez scoring two podiums in that period as the team became F1's mighty midfield outfit. But Racing Point slumped to seventh this year behind midfield rivals McLaren, Renault and Toro Rosso, as it paid the price for the late-season change from Force India to its current form in 2018.
