Vietnam chiefs expects Hanoi Circuit to be completed in January

Organisers of the Vietnam Grand Prix have released images showing progress with the Hanoi Circuit, which will host Formula 1 next April. The inaugural Vietnam Grand Prix will take place at the 23-turn 5.607km circuit from April 3 to 5, with the layout inspired by sections of track from classic venues. On Friday an update was issued with photos released detailing the construction work ongoing in Hanoi. Officials expect the 300m-long pit building, the design of which has been inspired by Hanoi’s Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, to be completed by the end of December.
